1,Summary
Petroleum is the blood to the industry. It is an important energy source that man relies on to survive. However, during the oil production in the oil fields all over the world, the oil throughput is declining year over year. This is because the oil channel is gradually clogged by the solid particles in the drilling fluids, the acid cracking deposits and the contaminated wax crystals, which reduce the penetration rate of the oil layer. As the technical professionals in the petroleum industry, it is our highest duty to increase and stabilize the oil production throughput. As result, through research and development, our company has released this clog loosen up device in the oil well - Mechanical Plug-Open oil recovery device, which will prevent the oil throughput from declining and give the low yield and low efficiency oil fields a new life.
2,Working Principle
The mechanical deplugging oil recovery device
is to utilize the energy of the oil pipe from the creeping motion of extension and contraction to generate a vibration force of 100kg and pumping force of 5 ton to the oil layer. These long lasting vibration and pumping forces force the various sticky and deposit materials to loosen up therefore reposition themselves. This will reduce the cohesiveness among the materials therefore gradually push the clogged materials sticking together to move away from their original positions and make rooms for the oil passage. Meanwhile, the multi- frequency waves generated by the vibration disks and liquid whistling springs apply the forces to the fluid, sometimes extension and sometime contraction. This mixing effect makes it more difficult for the wax and deposit crystals in grow in size, therefore prevent the oil layer from being clogged by the wax and deposit materials. This will stop the production throughput from declining therefore increase and stabilize the oil production. The process is as follows.
2.1,The process of storing gravitational energy
The mechanical Plug-Open oil recovery device is installed underneath the screening pipe. When the oil pumping unit travels downwards, the oil pipe will experience elastic extension which drives the oil extractor moving downwards. Because the downwards plug of the oil extractor plugs the circular space of the oil pipe, the oil extractor will then apply pressure to the underneath oil which forces the oil to inject upwards from the central passage of the downwards piston. The counter weight body and the vibration disk will be forced to move upwards by this injection force therefore store the gravitational energy to themselves. Collision occurs when they hit the upper limiting body, which then generates vibration waves .
2.2,The process of conversion of gravitational energy to the dynamic energy of the stroke
When the oil pipe stops the elastic elongation, the oil extractor will stop moving downwards, and then the injection force disappears. The counter-weight body and the vibration disk at the upper limit will fall at the effect of gravity therefore release its gravitational energy and converse it to the dynamic energy. When they hit the lower limiting body, collision occurs again which generates vibration waves .
2.3,The process of the oil pumping effect generated by the oil-push piston and the generation of multi-frequency waves by the liquid whistling spring
When the counter-weight body falls, it drives the oil-push piston moving downwards which creates a low pressure chamber above the piston, thus a negative pressure is formed at the bottom of the well which generates the pumping effect. The oil pushed upwards flows through the spiral oil passage into throttle pressure-increasing device to gain speed then strikes the liquid whistling spring to make the sound. This generates the longitudinal sound waves, which in turn apply the impact to the oil layer beyond the vibration source.
2.4,The process of the secondary oil pumping by the oil extraction device
When the oil pumping unit travels upwards, the oil pipe experiences the elastic contraction which drives the oil extractor moving upwards. Meanwhile, the forward one way valve is closed and the upper piston of the oil extractor completely plugs the oil passage. The upward moving oil extractor will for sure pumps up the oil in the lower portion of the well, which generates a negative pressure chamber again at the bottom of the well. The compound of the two pumping effect will further insure the pumping effect. Therefore the whole pulsation cycle is complete .

5, The pumping forces measured at the fields
Since the pipe in up and down movement is always merged in the liquid in the well, the buoyant force acting on the pipe does not need to be considered. If the well is straight with little tilting, then the friction between cylinder and pipe can be ignored. As a result, the force difference generated during the pipe moving up and down can be interpreted as the pumping force that the mechanical anti-clog extractor applies to the oil layer, i.e., the pumping force that the mechanical Plug-Open oil recovery device applies to the oil layer is 5.4 to 7.2 tons

5, The pumping forces measured at the fields
In February 2014, four oil wells were installed in Longtai Oil Extraction Plant in Liaohe Oil Field, the following readings were recorded from the weight indicator during pipe up and down moving by the pumping unit:
Well #10-14 with hong, the total weight of the up lifting pipe is 21.1-23.2 ton, the total weight of down moving pipe is 13.7-16.8 ton, with average difference of 6.9 ton
Well #24-30 with huang, the total weight of the up lifting pipe is 21.5-24.2 ton, the total weight of down moving pipe is 14.0-17.3 ton, with average difference of 7.2 ton
Well #10-9c with yu, the total weight of the up lifting pipe is 22.0-24.3 ton, the total weight of down moving pipe is 17.1-18.4 ton, with average difference of 5.4 ton
Well#4-25with xing,the total weight of the up lifting pipe is 22.0-24.0 ton,the total weight of down moving pipe is 17.6 ton,with average difference of 5.4 ton

6,Installation chart Inside the well
The connection steps
◎While on the ground, tie up the soft metal wire plug to the bottom of the counter-weight pipe then go down to the well together.
◎While on the ground, connect the oil extractor to the end of the pipe or the lower portion of the screening pipe, then go down to the well together.
◎Put down other pipe according to the normal procedure.
